After a crappy migraine, what a wondrous thing it is to come to the ‘puter and find amazing things from you.

I am sorry to hear–Mrs. Emeron has them also. Before there were rescue drugs, hospitalisation was a fairly regular experience for us. It was fun to combine iambic pentameter with haiku. One for you, a sonnet, will probably be of this form containing 5 of these embedded.

I have those wretched cluster migraines. I truly am grateful for new medications. As it were, for a day or so afterwards, I feel as if a horde of kick boxers practiced inside my head.
