    And I can read the double meaning herein.

    The meaning that pertains to the sonnet that it introduces, and the fact that morning must have been near and you loathe the ascent of the evil orb that breaks the quiet darkness of your muse filled night.

  2. You say that these intro pieces are not the results of great thought but just things you dash off, but still, I find them to be very thought provoking — and this one is at the top of the list! All kidding about alarm clocks aside, It is wonderful, dear!
